We have taken up again this space restoring the facilities, updating machinery and adapting the former production processes of this plant turning them more dynamic, up to date and sustainable.
Our Set Up
Our plant ,“Frigorifico Faecar Pehuajo S.A.” ( Oficial No 1629 ) has a builted area of 3000 square meters , with a slaughtering capacity of 2000 Hares per day , and between 5 to 9 Tons per day cutting room capacity.
Our Working Team
Our working team exceeds 100 persons during the high seasons, they are our most important asset, and we are concerned to promote on-going improvements to guarantee their job satisfaction and safety at work place.

Our company has transformed the hydric supply system of the plant through reverse osmosis process with effluents treatment which has improved the sanitary relation with our context and the environment.
We are committed with on-going improvements on processes that contributes to quality: incorporation of new technology, training, communications and a responsible management of natural resources. We have various programmes that take place at our processing plant, which aim to fully guarantee the control and maximum safety of the products we process: SSOPS (Standardized Sanitation Operational Procedures), GPM (Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) plan. We have developed a made-to-measure traceability system to guarantee fulfilment of all national and international regulations. This enables us to determine the origin and follow-through of each piece at every one of the steps along the chain: primary production, slaughter, processing, transport, destination and recall.
